Equation for theoretical yields

the theoretical yield can easily be found by following a simple equation


theoretical yield (moles) =    mass of L.R.      x   coefficent of product    
                                        molecular mass         coefficent of L.R. 



then after solving for the theoretical yield in moles you convert it into grams 


theoretical yield (grams) = (number of moles) x (molar mass of product)
